A Cabin or RV lot share in Green Valley Resort Association (GVRA)
can be your permanent place at Pelican lake. GVRA is a seasonal
resort that is open from late April through early October. As an owner
you will have exclusive use of your own RV lot or Cabin. The lawn
mowing, trimming and other grounds work is done for you.
 


GVRA provides for many activities: Swimming, boating,
fishing, basketball, bicycling, volleyball, lawn games,
playground, horseshoes and campfires. Minnewaska
Golf Course is within 2 miles, as is the public access to
8000+ acre Lake Minnewaska. There are many fine
restaurants, shops and stores in the nearby
towns of Glenwood and Starbuck.
 

Pelican Lake is over 500 acres and boasts more than 5
miles of shoreline. GVRA has 545 feet of shoreline facing
west across the lake for beautiful sunsets. There are plenty of
fish to be caught...and room to roam for water skiing and tubing.
 

Green Valley has the best natural sand beach on the lake, and many would argue the best in all of Pope County. Our beach is a perfect spot for children of all ages thanks to the gradual slope and no drop-offs.
 
GVRA has 12 Cabin and 48 RV lot shares---all with water
and sewer hookups and metered electricity. GVRA is
fortunate to be on the Glenwood city sewer. With
any lakeshore property the sewage handling is the biggest
utility issue. City sewer is the best possible solution.
 
GVRA is located on Pelican Lake between Glenwood and Starbuck, MN. It is just a two hour drive from the edge of the Twin Cities and 15 miles South of Alexandria.
