RV shareholders have the exclusive use of their particular RV lot, in addition to the shared use of all of the
common grounds. Each lot is serviced by water, city sewer and metered electricity. There is a shower house
and fish cleaning facility available to all shareholders. There are guidelines that allow shareholders to build
decks and sheds. Lots differ in size and tree/grass cover. All of the mowing and trimming is taken care of for
you. Boat slip privileges for RV lots are still available for a one time fee of $3000. Green Valley is blessed with
a corps of initial owners who have camped here for many years. There is a tradition and spirit of
